On a project for the conversion of a Grade 2 listed barn to 4 dwellings originally undertaken in the mid 90’s the new brief was to add an additional garden room and revised entrance to 3 of the 4 units created by our original conversion. 

Despite the opposition of Local Authority Officers the scheme was approved in late 2005 and completed in June 2006. 

Our 3D model was produced to convince officers and councillors and was set up in the garage on site during the planning committee site meeting so that the proposed views and existing could be compared. 

Building regulation approval followed and the client managed the build.
